Wow! Amazing service by AV & Security Solutions! Had cameras installed on every corner of the house, window break sensors installed, door sensors installed a new camera doorbell installed and of course the hub of the system with the control panel installed. Marcus and Ethan are the kind of professionals I wish I could find in every field! They were on time (actually a little early!), courteous, and very professional. They went right to work and completed the work on schedule. The transfer of the system to me was smooth and Marcus was very detailed when explaining everything to me. The owner, Ric even stopped by to check on me and make sure I had everything I needed. Marcus and Ethan didn’t leave until they verified that everything worked as it should. I have already recommended AV & Security Solutions to my family and friends and would recommend it to anyone reading this review. Thanks again Marcus, Ethan and Ric!

Totally impressed! A&V Security Systems was the only vendor approved by our builder for our custom home, so they naturally handled all the security wiring. Beyond that, we worked with Ric on a full audio/video and it was the best decision we could have made.

I had very specific requests for the placement of monitors and keypads; Eric and Marcus went out of their way to make sure everything turned out exactly as I envisioned. They also pre-wired the home with inputs to allow for future digital services and expansion, which was a huge plus.

I’ve always trusted Onkyo for audio for receiver, but with Ric’s recommendation—and the value he provided—I chose a Sonos conversion instead. I’m extremely pleased with the performance. Expect great things from this team. If you know what you want, they’ll make it happen.

Besides being professional, Ric & his team are extremely knowledgeable in security & audio system. Marcus did an excellent job installing all of our TVs & surround sound. All cameras are placed in perfect position that covered areas of importance. Inside cameras are strategically placed to allow us to view every corner of the house. It gives us peace of mind especially when we are traveling. When we have issues with the system due to lightning or power surge, they are only a phone call away. If you need an AV or Security System, you need to call Ric. He set me up with exactly what I needed and after a rough home build, Ric took care of everything. I cannot begin to tell you how much of a professional Marcus is. He knows these systems backwards and forwards. He has taken their newest employee Ethan under his wing to show him the way to do things RIGHT, not just to get it done. Ethan is learning and showed nothing but enthusiasm for the business. Everything went smooth and they were there when they said they would be. I consider all three of these men friends now, and I was not treated like just a customer.

Ric and team excellent service and support. They have gone above and beyond to solve a challenge with my home system and now everything is seamless. A lot of companies would do better following their example!
