Great price

Great second experience working with Rick and Marcus. They did our home theater room at our house and now my business security system and speaker system. I am very pleased. Rick is pretty responsive and able to work with you. Marcus is helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and I will likely use them again in the future.

You will not find a more knowledgeable group of professionals than the folks at AV. They showed up on-time, and stayed until everything was done to our satisfaction. And as a small business, they truly are focused on providing consistent and superior customer service, whereas larger company often cannot due challenges like employee turnover and training issues. I wholeheartedly recommend AV for your security and audio visual needs.

AV & Security Solutions did all the audio/video for my new home. The work and communication were outstanding. Ric and Marcus are great to deal with. They did full home audio inside and out, full camera system, internet, 14 TV's, security system, and a bridge network to our guest house merging all cameras and internet to one system for both places. We couldn't be happier with the results of their work and systems they put in place!

If you need an AV or Security System, you need to call Ric. He set me up with exactly what I needed and after a rough home build, Ric took care of everything. I cannot begin to tell you how much of a professional Marcus is. He knows these systems backwards and forwards. He has taken their newest employee Ethan under his wing to show him the way to do things RIGHT, not just to get it done. Ethan is learning and showed nothing but enthusiasm for the business. Everything went smooth and they were there when they said they would be. I consider all three of these men friends now, and I was not treated like just a customer.

Ric and team excellent service and support. They have gone above and beyond to solve a challenge with my home system and now everything is seamless. A lot of companies would do better following their example!

I have used AV & Security Solutions for multiple projects and always recommend them to my friends and real estate clients. Ric and Marcus are great to work with.

We couldn’t be happier with the service from AV & Security Solutions. Ric was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Marcus and Ethan did the install and were professional, courteous, and meticulous in their work. The entire team walked us through everything, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident using the system.

The quality of the cameras and AV setup exceeded our expectation's, and the alarm system gives us great peace of mind. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and customer care. We will definitely use them again and refer them to others.

Wow! Amazing service by AV & Security Solutions! Had cameras installed on every corner of the house, window break sensors installed, door sensors installed a new camera doorbell installed and of course the hub of the system with the control panel installed. Marcus and Ethan are the kind of professionals I wish I could find in every field! They were on time (actually a little early!), courteous, and very professional. They went right to work and completed the work on schedule. The transfer of the system to me was smooth and Marcus was very detailed when explaining everything to me. The owner, Ric even stopped by to check on me and make sure I had everything I needed. Marcus and Ethan didn’t leave until they verified that everything worked as it should. I have already recommended AV & Security Solutions to my family and friends and would recommend it to anyone reading this review. Thanks again Marcus, Ethan and Ric!

Rick and his team did an outstanding job on our new home. They handled the security cameras for both our house and shop, installed our front gate, and mounted all of our TVs and audio equipment. Everything turned out great, and we couldn’t be happier. We’re truly loving our new home and have peace of mind knowing our family and property are safe. Highly recommend Ric and his team.

Alex was professional, courteous and had everything installed in no time. Walked us both through the app. AV Security Solutions. Give them a call for if in need of a security system. Thanks Ric.

AV Security & Solutions installs all the security and surround sound systems in our Castle Dream Home builds, and the quality and customer service are always top-notch. Ric, Marcus, and the team are reliable, professional, and easy to work with. We couldn't recommend them more!

Ric, Marcus and team are amazing. Ric did my security and surround sound at our house and I had a great experience and service yhey provided. They listen to what the customer wants and make suggestions where needed so the customer has great experience. I recently had Ric and team service my business as well and did not contact anyone else because the experience is top notch. I will contacting them for any future endeavors.

Totally impressed! A&V Security Systems was the only vendor approved by our builder for our custom home, so they naturally handled all the security wiring. Beyond that, we worked with Ric on a full audio/video and it was the best decision we could have made.

I had very specific requests for the placement of monitors and keypads; Eric and Marcus went out of their way to make sure everything turned out exactly as I envisioned. They also pre-wired the home with inputs to allow for future digital services and expansion, which was a huge plus.

I’ve always trusted Onkyo for audio for receiver, but with Ric’s recommendation—and the value he provided—I chose a Sonos conversion instead. I’m extremely pleased with the performance. Expect great things from this team. If you know what you want, they’ll make it happen.

Ric & team are very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They did great setting up our alarm and took time to answer any questions!!

Ric and his team were outstanding from start to finish. I had been exploring different security systems, and AV stood out with their responsiveness and expertise. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me choose the best devices for my home. The installation process was fast, seamless, and the setup looks excellent. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable team.

AV&SS did a fantastic job setting up all of our cameras and alarm! They were very professional and thorough. I highly recommend them for all security needs!

15 years of doing business with Rick and Marcus. They're always spot on. They are reasonably priced and quick to handle any issues I have with my 3 alarm systems they service. Highly recommend them.

AV has been great to work with . Easily explain the alarm system and app to us. Fast prompt service! 100% recommend !

Besides being professional, Ric & his team are extremely knowledgeable in security & audio system. Marcus did an excellent job installing all of our TVs & surround sound. All cameras are placed in perfect position that covered areas of importance. Inside cameras are strategically placed to allow us to view every corner of the house. It gives us peace of mind especially when we are traveling. When we have issues with the system due to lightning or power surge, they are only a phone call away. I would strongly recommend AV & Security Solutions for all security & audio needs.
